More People Than Ever Are Starting A Business

One of the biggest business challenges Business Link report is that of finding / attracting new customers or clients.  Nobody - including most Business Advisors - has a clue about marketing and sales;  they tell you that these skills are essential but can't tell you how to obtain them or how to use them effectively. What works, what doesn't and how you can do it all on a shoestring - essential for a start up.

Every day I see, and speak for, talented, committed, inspired, passionate people who want to share their gift, product, service, concept with others, but getting totally frustrated because they have no marketing or sales skills, and often don't want them, regarding marketing / sales as something tacky or slightly evil even!!  So unfortunately their star is hidden and they were unable to reach the people who need them.
